I had an order for some Aero clicks but Exotic Blanks was out:frown::frown:. I couldn't wait and ordered them from CSUSA. I guess after my experience with PSI, I was fearful of the big suppliers.....Anyways, the USPS messed up my shipment, sending it back and forth across the USA, eventually arriving after a week. I called CSUSA after I recognized my package was late, they immediately shipped me another order, arriving 2 days later at no cost. I can't say enough about my experience with their customer service rep and willingness to fix something they had no part of. I felt valued as a customer, the same as I always do with exotic blanks(along with woodturningz, and wood-n-whimsies) I guess I just didn't expect it in a "non" mom & pop operation. Great job guys!
