Although I've been very pleased with Craft Supplies (prompt order filling with all the correct stuff), for me the true test of a business is how they deal with problems.
I recently ordered a couple of pen boxes for graduation gifts I had turned. One box was defective. I called. No problem--within minutes they had shipped me a replacement, without any hassles over returns, etc.
Customer service like that is what separates out the superior businesses who recognize the value of long-term customer loyality. I'll be looking forward to doing more business with them in the future.
