Here are a couple of Spalted Texas Elm Elegant Sierras I did recently. These are stabilized with dyed Alumilite resin so all the cracks and larger voids get filled that don't always get filled with tradition stabilizing solution. The first one is really cool with lot's of character but the second one does not do a whole lot for me personally. My wife liked it, though!

Curtis, they look stunning, Why didn't you like the second one it came out very nice color wise it has character though.
On the first one did you have to paint the bank with something on the outside too. Like those golden steaks are natural or you had to do them yourself?
Hey you knwo on the second one you have a little figure by the begining of the clip that almost looks like if you stampes 8(Degree) symbol. Look at it closely.
