Just finished these yesterday. First one is an Americana Snap top rhodium with Rengas Tiger. 2nd one is a Hybrid Cambridge Silver and Gold with Damascus Steel.
Thoughts and critique welcome.
Thanks Derek. Rengas Tiger is a medium soft wood and turns easily. It has an open grain so takes a little work to fill it with CA but it finishes nicely!
It is a member of the sumac family so I always wear respirator when turning and sanding. I am very sensitive to things like poison ivy so I take no chances.
