Ok, i tried the closed end according to Don`s tutorial and it worked out well. Next one is a double, but i have to get that invisible clip down. RAadams was right, it is easier.Shown is a Classic in Amboyna Burl. Barrel is drilled to take two ink cartridges, or a fountain pump. and it can be converted to a RB

Carl,
I'm glad it worked out for you. They are fun to make and your pen looks nice. I too like the shape but I still can't nail down a shape that I like.

There are a few hidden clip articles in the library. Russ Fairfield has an excellent one on his website: http://www.woodturnerruss.com

Looking forward to see the dual closed end pen with hidden clip.

Do a good turn daily!
Don
