Have you ever had one of those experiences where you felt like you didn't quite know what the heck you were doing... But at the same time felt totally confident that you would be taken care of? That is the experience I had with Roy at Classic Nib! The Order was Placed, Shipped and received in record time!!
I placed a small (piddly) order... but I have been taken care of like I was the most important and only customer! That right there earns my loyalty over any 'lowest' price somewhere else!
The icing on the cake was the "Thank You" Item enclosed in the box... THAT was totally unexpected!
