I have been making cigar pens from Craft Supplies USA. Their recommended drill size is 25/64". No problems. I was looking at the Berea website, and it appears their cigar pen kits are identical, except that they recommend a 10mm drill size. Doing a little math, 25/64" is 9.92mm. Are the barrels the same for both, or I am risking a too tight barrel fit if I continue to use the 25/64" bit on a Berea cigar kit?

I recently noticed that the tubes are a little looser than I like using a 10 mm bit.

I also have cigar kits from too many different suppliers probably!

I've kinda had the opposite problem. On some blanks, the 25/64" hole is too tight for my tube. Sounds like it's just a matter of metric vs. English units, and which bits the seller would like you to buy.
