Need help in two areas

Someone had posted a thread on modifying a Cigar. He had taken the CB out and cut the tube down to a different length....Something like that. Anyone know where that thread is??

Can someone show me a home made Closed End mandrel for a Cigar pen?

Bob I don't have a picture of mine but take a look at this article on a pin chuck. One of the punches from the transfer punch set is a perfect fit.

You don't need a special mandrel for closed end pens...cigar or otherwise. Read the two closed end pen articles on my website: http://www.RedRiverPens.com/articles
