I agree. We are on somewhat of a monthly cadence. He contacts me and asks "So what are you going to make for me this month?", which is awesome, and keeps me on the search for new ideas/designs to try. When I made it to the front page last year, it was with another of the pens I made for this gentleman. Making such large pens has its challenges, both in design and in the turning.21 pens! That's some customer!
This is the 21st pen I have made for a regular customer over the last 2 years. All of the pens have been of "Generous Proportions" and he really like them. He especially liked this one. Lacewood used for the herringbone portion. Also Maple and Dyed Maple Burl scallops. Churchill gold kit.
