Ok... I havn't had a ton of shop time due to a VERY busy work schedule. However, I did have one project thats been in the works (IE thought of) for months.

My daughter is HUGE into american girl dolls. So I built this and my wife did the blankets and pillows. I'm pretty happy how it turned out, but hand mortising in a 3/4" square piece was a new interesting procedure. For those not familiar with these dolls, the bed is 21" long.

I'm very happy with it and learned some new tricks too! (oh, and the second shot shows the 'other' family member checking it out).

Very nice and creative. Hand mortising is not easy when you have several to do. Looks great. Something your daughter will treasure for many years.
