This is another fantastic blank by Jonathon (brooks803) I'm calling Chocolate swirl. I ordered some dyed blank direct from Jonathon. This blank started out as I Euro but due to a chip out it became a slimline. All C & C welcome

Great looking pen. That wood looks very similar to the Bacote that I got from PSI a few weeks ago.

Thanks Jim and vakmere. for your comments. vakmere I sent you a PM. I'm not sure what kind of wood it is, but is dyed and I believe stabilized. I really like the look of it. And vakmere said it has character so it's like me some folk say I have character or was it I am a character.:biggrin:

I think it's Bacote. If you look at my first pen on the link below, it looks similar to yours :biggrin:

Thanks Jan, I like working with Jonathon's Dyed blanks. Jim it could be Bacote, the color you see is from the dye Jonathon uses.

Thanks Mike and Glen. I'm glad I had a slimline on hand even if the lower barrel is longer on the Euro. The finish is WTF
