Chefware Kits

It looks like Chefware Kits is not listing as many project items, rather moving into tooling items. I purchased some nice cheese slicing kits from them and am now out. The closest I can come is this from Craft Supply USA https://www.woodturnerscatalog.com/p/54/5886/turners-select-Stainless-Steel-Cheese-Knife The ones I got from Chefware Kits were longer.
Does anyone know of a source for cheese knives?

Woodcraft carries the Zhen line and has a cheese knife. Different in that you would add scales instead of a turned handle.
I have not made this particular knife but have done others in line and the quality is quite good.
