I was perusing craigslist last week and saw an ad for free wood. I'm always looking for turning wood I opened the ad and saw a bunch of scrap lumber. Then I noticed some antler in one of the pictures. Since the ad didn't mention antler, I inquired about the antler and offered a item in trade (bottle opener, pen etc).

I did not get a response so I forgot about the antler until now. Today I received an email saying that everything was sitting outside and was free for the taking (including the antlers).

Here's what I brought home. All for the price of FREE!

Wow! Free is always nice. Even if it was free, I would probably stop by with a pen made from one of the antlers and thank them for their generosity. Just a thought...
