I have been casting PR for about 18 months now. I had always heard to never cast while it is raining outside. A Youtube video, I think. Well, I did have great success casting PR on Sunday while it was raining out. Not only can you, the blanks came out flawlessly and even the clear was as clear with no bubbles as I hoped and they turned perfectly as expected. Not brittle and it had all the normal turning characteristics.
