Got me a 5 gallon bucket of 45ACP brass cleaned unprimed just sitting around....hmmm?
So you cut a tenon and CA'd the antler onto the brass? 7mm tube inside antler?

Yes, in fact I drilled the middle .45ACP cartridge so that the tube will fit through the head. The top cartridge is just glued on the end, I did turn a tenon on both ends of the antler. The bullet is soldered to a long tube, then the bullet is seated the tube is passed through the head of the .308 and then it is soldered ,cut flush and deburred so that the transmission will fit. The brass is polished and someday I'll try to powdercoat the brass first ,just haven't yet...
