Bushing Substitution?

I have misplaced (or lost) my bushings for the Cambridge Rollerball #144635.

What bushings can I use in place of the one I cannot find? Will the El Grande/Churchill bushings work?

They are exactly the same, if they are Berea Churchill and not the China import.

Another option is: Turn between centers and use a caliber on the parts.
