Bone Blank

Hi everyone! I am making up the Skull Pen kit from Pen State for my son (his pick) I though it would be cool to use real bone. We use it all the time for making guitar nuts & saddles, but the pieces we get in are too small. Anyone have a source of a larger pen blank size supplier? It can be shaped & polished quite easily in the form that we get it...but it is too small... All ideas/feedback appreciated.

Antler is a type of bone and much easier to track down in pen-sized chunks...

You could take your smaller pieces and glue them together.
Just a thought.
