Bolt pen? Not really!

This is a Rinehart kit with the parts switched around a bit.
The tube is custom made from some aluminum rod, that apparently cannot be highly polished!
The base has the center section pressed into another short custom made aluminum piece.
I think I'll keep this at my desk at work since there were a lot of flaws and issues, most of which only I know about!
We all know what that is about!:biggrin:

I wouldn't polish it up to much, then it wouldn't look like a real bolt.

Chris, I used some car finish glaze as the last step to put more shine on it. That should help keep it from turning my hand black. We'll see.
