Blue Swirl

[Sylvanite]

This is one of the pens I turned for the Birthday Bash this year. I made it just to enter in the Photo Contest, where it was an also-ran. The blank is a home-pour of thickened polyester resin with phthalo blue, keel blue, and white opaque pigments. The kit is a Jr. Gent II upgraded with a Heritance nib. The pen is sitting on a petoskey stone surrounded by sand.
