I have made lots of stylus slims but wanted a better quality kit. The new Tetra caught my eye - nice quality hardware, silver nano tip, Parker fill - but the flair on the nib section made the bottom end look clunky to me (where clunky is suitably defined). I picked up a couple of kits and decided to apply my favorite shape to make the nib more pleasing to my eye and make the pen more comfortable to write with. I had a nice piece of pink and blue Wonder Wood from Tom Barron that seemed to be a fit for the shape and was quite surprised to see that it turned into a blue lady in a pink dress with an interesting looking rose in just the right spot. Probably requires a willful imagination  I hope you like it - C&Cs welcome.

I see that your calling it 'wonder wood', but I was wondering if you could tell exactly what kind of timber it is?

I like the 'bump' near the nib on this turning....makes it 'fit'!!
