G'day Folks,

Here is another Roman Harvest Fountain with my all time favourite blank from George- Blue Dwarf Banksia. This is the most sought after blank in my range! Finished with CA. I felt the top of the pen was a little proud.

C & C Welcome

Cheers,
Sean

Very nice! That blue really pops!! I've had a pod on the bench for about a year, going to cut it up today!

Thanks Mike have you turned one of these before? Sharp sharp tools mate, or carbide or flap disc. Go easy on the speed. Patience bro.. All the best. The result is well worth it. Great blank from George

Yes he does put out a nice product, I turned one a few years ago. Wanted to try casting one, woodcraft had them on sale so I bought it. We'll see how it turns out.

Hi Sean,

OOps, that is not Sky-blue, that is True-blue, a darker blue and if that is what you wanted, you gave me the wrong name, I've got 14 blanks Sky-blue, + glow in the dark and clear Banksia dwarf, in the pot for tomorrow...!:confused:

No more longer pods either, only shorts...!

PS: I can understand why is one of your most requested, the blanks are stunning and you do a great job so, is no surprise...!

Cheers
George

Thanks everyone. Mark if you use carbide tools, or if you don't mind using a flap disc, they are reasonable to do. The toughest one, for me is the Palm Root, but the results are fabulous. I will put up one of my palm root ones today or tomorrow.
