Blank for special pen

I need one you you blank makers out there to make me a special blank for a Le Roi Elegant LB I'll furnish the tube.

It needs to be orange and black and have the words " Jonathan Smith - Class of 2014" on it.

We can work a trade or I'll pay cash...I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS - NO TAKERS? I'M NOT ASKING FOR SOMETHING FREE.

Thanks, I'll keep that in mind if no one can do the whole job - the blank doesn't actually have to be pre- tubed or drilled in that case and only needs to be about 3 inches long and 3/4" square.
