Hi guys, here are four lots of bigleaf maple pen blanks to look over. Some are cluster burl with great color. Cluster burl grows on the trunk of the tree vs. root burl in the ground. A few different lots that maybe you can use.
Here they come:
MPC15, $15.00 + $4.00 to ship + $19.00 total. Bigleaf maple burl pen blanks. Seven pieces, four at 7/8 x 7/8 x 5" and three at 7/8 x 7/8 x 3 3/4 and 4" long. These have a few problems...some pits and a few bark inclusions...not a lot but they are there. One misted pic.
MPC31, $15.00 + $5.00 to ship = $20.00 total. Bigleaf maple blanks. Not burl but straight gran and some color. Ten pieces measure 3/4 x 3/4 x 5" long. One misted pic.
MPC102, $15.00 + $4.00 to ship = $19.00 total. Bigleaf maple cluster burl pen blanks with some nice spalting. Five pieces measure 5/8 x 5/8 x 5" long. Misted pics show two sides. I didn't do a very good job squaring the ends..just sayin'. : (
MPC112, $21.00 + $4.00 to ship = $25.00 total. Bigleaf maple cluster burl pen blanks with some nice spalting. Five pieces measure 3/4 x 3/4 x 5" long. Misted pics show two sides.
