I was just given quite a few pieces of Corian that I will need to cut down to appropriate sizes. I don't want to dull the blade i have on my table saw. What would be a good blade to use for Corian? Any suggestions? Thanks
Use carbide blades for corian on your tablesaw. They will hold up. If you are cutting corian all day - everyday, you wil dull a carbide balde as well and then it will need sharpening. Otherwise, no problem with carbide. You may want to invest with a better blade instead of the cheapie at the home center.
We do a very large amount of cutting on corian. The best blade I have that works the
best for us is.Cobra 60tooth carbide tip.Because we do alot of cutting.we have to have them resharpend often and that runs around 18.00.
