I wanted to take this time to say how happy; I am to deal with Barry, I had a problem on some pens and the new cigar holder. Barry went well beyond customer service as he stayed at his office to after hours to take the time to show me what he thought I might be doing wrong, I can not say enough for the time he took to show me a simple step and help me with my problem. To have go that far for me was a great effort. I have said it before I have followed Barry's career for some time and have all his books. and now that he has this new company I will stay with him and his family for great service and advice.
