Paul, they use the same bits, but the Jr. has a slight taper to it vs the Baron is a straight cut with the bushings being the same size on both ends. They are so close to being identical, there is no favorite. The Baron has more finish choices, which is nice, and if you do a fountain, I happen to like the two tone nib it comes with.
