Baron RB refill type

I searched but didn't find the answer... what refill brand/style does the Baron take (roller ball)?

Comes with the Schmidt 888. MANY will fit.

Tell customer to take the old one with and compare at Office Max, Office Depot or Staples.

The Baron comes with a Hauser refill. I think the Schmidt is a better refill and keep a lot of them on hand to change when I come across one with a Hauser that won't write.

Thanks, Ed! Actually, I'm the "customer" on this one - my pen in the hat exhange gift was a gorgeous Baron RB from Woodmarc, a kit that I'd never used before (and will CERTAINLY be starting - it's lovely!) and I just wanted to get a blue refill for it.

I have to get a photo of it up in the PITH gallery.

Pilot G2 refills will work, but they don't stick out of the nib quite as far. I don't know if they're available in blue though.

They are available in black, blue, red, and green and even some metallic colors.

I have used the Baron with the Hauser rollerball and the Schmidt,
the Schmidt works really well. But hey, tell them they need to
buy at least 2 refills from you[]

You might also try Montblanc rollerball refills. I'm very pleased with mine.
