I made a pen that I plan on giving to a pilot in the Air Force. I went to school with him so I have known him for a long time. I wanted the body of the pen to look like panels on the aircraft. I added the Thunderbird logo since he flew with them and crashed one of them.. Here is that video Thunderbird Crash Video 2 - YouTube

Here is the pen. I wanted to to look sleek like a jet and this looked kinda neat I thought. I added the last pic to show the metal better, can't seem to get a good pic of metal under the decal Comments and critiques are welcome and thanks for looking.

Excellent Phil,i like the way you done the panels and the logo looks really good,also Phil hows your mate doing after that horrible crash.

He is still active and currently a Colonel that is deployed somewhere. After that crash he spent some time at the Pentagon writing safety manuals. Before deployment he was over the 49th training squadron.

Got confirmation that the colonel has seen it and approves of it. He will be gifted it when he comes home from being deployed.
