Was wondering wht you all do when assembling your pens in regards to the ink? Actually, the rollerball refills is what I am wondering about. I usually put the cartridge in the pen so that it looks right when opened and I am not fussing with unscrewing and such, but I'm wondering if collecting them in a box and then inserting only when someone has bought is a better idea?

i wondering the same question. i have a pen case i carry with me all the time. i have had a pen or 2 leak. i had to throw one away. so what i did is turn some of the pens so all the ink would run the same direction if i set the case on it's edge (on the hinge side). if it's flat, no problems.

What were the pens that leaked? I've never had one of mine leak and some I had in my inventory for about 3 months before I gave them to relatives as Christmas presents.
