Hello folks

here are some piece's i've finished recently.
These were all turned from green wood to completion in one session
They are all finished with woodoc 10
I dont use rigs or jigs these were all made free hand with normal turning tools.

8 Forms?!! Wow you are a busy turner!

Okay...

I these are all very classic looking forms and the curves are great. For me, 2 & 6 are my favorite. There is something about 6 that is just perfect. I don't know what it is but it really calls to me.

The finish on these almost looks unfinished.

Is woodoc 10 an oil or just a sealer?

That is some beautiful turning. I love oak, but understand it is not real popular for turning. I don't understand why, it is beautiful. I guess the same goes for ash. You don't see a whole lot of it turned and it is beautiful also.

I really like the form and finish on all your hollow forms. Sometimes have to choose a finish that lets the wood speak for itself. George has done just that. Glossy finish on Oak does not always work.
