Any assistance locating a link

Read this, this past weekend but couldn't find a link. Someone has a link/tutorial on using "O-Rings" to make a closed ended pen.

I have heard & read on how to make pin chucks, but the "O-Ring" thing intriques me. I have yet to make a closed end pen, but really want to learn.

Can anyone direct me to the link, or where to find such a contraption.
