An Easter gift

I will be getting an early start tomorrow, as I intend to get this cut to take to Easter dinner as a gift.

I've spent three hours on this so far, and I'm not sure if I'm quite satisfied with it.

Thanks. I have it cutting now and will have to do the clean up and final sanding, before adding the finish. I'm just going to apply an oil finish to highlight the Claro Walnut.
