I had novice license WN5HUS in 1963 and general license WA5NRX in 1964 but I haven't used either since 1965 and both have long expired.

I also earned a First Class Radio Telephone license in 1965 which was converted to a General Class Radiotelephone license in 1984 under the infinite wisdom of the FCC. The First Class license had to be renewed every 5 years, but General Class licenses are issued for the lifetime of the holder - and I did, in fact, receive a "lifetime GC license" in 1984). However, the FCC database shows that mine expired in 1994 and was cancelled in 2003 - go figure.

VE3ASH Licenced since 1973 but haven't been active the last few years. Woodworking hobby seems to have taken over.
