Adding Color to a Men's Classic

I haven't been able to to much turning lately, but finished these up just recently. There were more, but some got snapped up before I took pics. They're easy to turn, and are a great way to get back into it.

I take a slice off of a bottle stopper blank or turning spindle, and glue it to a mandrel like one of these.



I was lucky enough to get a bunch of them for $1 a piece at the PSI showroom some time ago, and turn them down to the size I need.
Turn, sand, buff, pop it off, and glue it in.

Got em from a Chinese company on ebay. It's been a while, but recall there were a few sellers. I also recall lots of rejects and reshipments.

Those look great, but the refills look expensive!
