I had a couple blanks of Banded Malachite Tru Stone laying around, so I decided to try a kitless pen using it. I've never used it before, so it was definitely a learning experience.
I essentially sleeved the tru stone over ebonite for the cap, and gray acrylic for the body, since the tru stone doesn't thread very well. I fabricated the accents and clip from nickel silver. It uses a #6 nib, and has a piston filling mechanism that I made (the last picture shows the blind cap unscrewed and the piston extended forward). Thanks for looking!
