A Good Feeling!

I had some vacation time to use up so I took a half day today. Went over to the local Woodcraft for their Turnathon. Despite yacking with the sales people, passing on some tips and techniques to some new turners (Mentoring), and showing off the Cholla and Cripple Creek Turquoise Titanium Wall St II I just finished, I managed to knock out six pens for the Troops. As a vet from Vietnam Era (1974) through Desert Storm I (1994) we didn't get much public support. It felt real good to be a part of America Suppotring our Troops.

And remember that Thursday is Veterans Day!
