The first is from a wood I acquired and asked a question in the penturning forum as to what it was. The thoughts were Honduran Rosewood or Cocobola. I'm now also wondering about Walnut, but I've never had Walnut this hard....any more thoughts?

The second is Spalted Beech. I'm not a lover of the Panache, but it is a great pen for showing off the material!

C&C's welcome.

Personally, I like using the Panache kits for desk pens. The spalted beech looks fantastic. Beautiful work on both pens.

I sure love the looks of that Panache pen!

I was wondering about the cool looking clip on the Zen.Did you make it?
