I am not a production type of pen turner, and could never get that much pen work out in a day...not even close. Did you get it ALL done (drill, tube, turn, sand and buff, and assemble) in one day? That is just a lot of work. My total would probably be about 4 on a good day.

The kits are Sierra and Knurl GT. I had some trouble with a couple Knurls. The trans wouldn't turn but a little lube solved the problem.

I just noticed something. Why is the body on the red, white, and blue Knurl pen so much longer than the others?

I don't think its longer. Just that pen is positioned more vertically.
