Are you sure it's not MDF with a burl decal? ;-)

I should also give some credit to Mikespenturningz (Mike) for the thread on Doctors woodshop finish. The curly koa pen I made previous to this pen was finished with CA. I ran out of the odorless and used regular. My sinuses got plugged for two days. Odorless CA does help. I will not be using regular CA anymore! I have done two pens using Mikes information on doctors woodshop finish. This pen uses that method. I like the looks and feel of the finish. Plus I like the smell because I can actually still breath after I'm finished. :wink:
