Gotta love those garage sales.Scored this delta tp300 yesterday. He said he used it twice, the blue film was still on it.Looked at the 2 blades, still tight, sharp, and free of nicks.

I have some planks in the shed so I had to try it out.Walnut 4'x10"x3 1/2".Worked great, having never used a planer before it was easy.Well not quite easy, free handing that in there was a challenge.

I have had a similar Delta model for many years....bought it new. Have used it many times and it has worked fine for a light weight planer. I found that if you rub some paraffin wax on the in and out feed tables as well as the main bed, and buff off with a rag or paper towel, your stock will feed through much easier.
Still have original blades in it. I use it infrequently now but always blow it out with an air hose after use.
Good find for a great price!
