Hopefully I don't make this too congested but I didn't feel it would be right to post 4 separate threads.
1- The large green pen is all ebonite, with a rollerball section with solid black end caps and center. The clip is from a deceased kit that I bet most here recognize. I havent epoxied the finial as its debatable if it stays.
2- the red w/black strips is all ebonite with solid red for the pilot G2 section.
3- black w/yellow or white accents is all ebonite with solid blue center and ends . Rollerball section.
4- the multi colored with blue, peach, yellow, white, beige is an all ebonite with center ring and ends. It is a rollerball.
I learned unfortunately after doing these that I need to sand and polish all the tenons BEFORE threading ..which I am doing on the ones I'm working on now and it really does make a difference. I did use a horse hair dremel on these and it helped but not as well as polishing before.
Thanks everyone !
