1st Segmented bowl

Had some scrap cherry and walnut , so I decided to give segmenting a try. I downloaded a free trial software (Segmented Project Planner) which gave all the angles and segment lengths and this is the results It's about 4" around and 6" high.

I like it... I keep saying I'm going to try my hand at doing some segmented turnings... love the looks of them, but as yet haven't ventured in that direction.. good work there.

very nice job with your first segmentation. I plan to start as soon as I get back from this deployment in the segmenting section. I think I will primarily be using some corian though. Good looking piece though, keep em coming
