1st Acrylic Pen... 2nd attempt.

I have been working on my pen making and decided to try an acrylic blank. I got too aggressive on the first one and it blew up. This is my second attempt. I also have been working on my photography.

This is a much better photo than the Jr. Retro you posted. I don't know if your color balance was off on that one or if it was just under-exposed, but this one looks much better. The tip of the pen in the top photo does appear to be a tiny bit out of focus, but the rest of the pen is fine.

The pen looks pretty good too.

thats a lovely acrylic blank and its made a great looking pen, just watch you dont over sharpen your photo's, i noticed a halo around the second pic.
