1/2 Drill Chuck RJ3-16L - MT2

I found this in the box of "stuff" that came with my lathe. Instead of trying to separate it from the arbor and replace it, I decided to just get a new chuck. I don't know what this is worth because I don't really know the make, model or date of manufacture. So my offer is this; I will trade you this chuck for whatever and how many pen blanks you think it is worth.

What I know about this chuck is:
- I oiled it up and it works
- Seems to be a MT2

and for size comparison - next to my center with a MT1

I have found out that this chuck is a MT2. Offer still open since I can not use this chuck.

Because image tags have been disabled for this forum? (don't ask me why, just noticed that the image tool is missing .... just use the image attachment tool to manage pics)

Also ... try some heat management to separate the taper adapter from the chuck body. Chill the taper with ice, after heating the chuck body with hot water .... see if they will separate.
