refill reveal

Hi all, I'm wanting to start doing pens that are more appealing to women in general. I really like the look of the Sierra/Gatsby. However, the ones I've done, in the finished pen, the ink refill protudes an excessive amount when extended. Not so much as to affect use, but in my mind it looks...
