My apologies for being so slow to introduce myself to the group. Although I started on this addictive road of pen turning about a year ago I still consider myself a novice and have learned a lot just by reading the post of all the experts on this site. Much appreciated!
I am not, however, new to the art and craft show business as I have been showing my photographic prints on canvas at several of the major shows in this part of the world for over 10 years. Last year I started to show my pens and a few bottle stoppers at smaller shows in the Fall and Winter. I have found that patrons of these shows are typically looking for gifts for others, and for some, pens fill that need. So, I have my first show for 2015 in a couple of weeks. Bought 2 spaces, one for the photographs and a second for the pens. It will be interesting to see which one outperforms the other.
