Thinning EEE utlra shine

I have a jar of EEE which has lost a lot of its solvent. It has a REally a crummy cap on the jar which I put plastic wrap over and tightened but without a lot of success. I checked the MDS from ubeaut and the solvent is aliphatic hydrocarbon. There is an odor sort of like turpentine but not quite. As I recall it smells like a paste floor wax smell from the old days. I am thinking mineral spirits or paint thinner as a US equivalent. Any suggestions on a solvent to freshen it up or am i wasting my time.

take a bit out and mix it with lemon oil. see what you think.

Many of the wax restoring finishes on the market use lemon oil as the thinning agent.

I sort of recall lemon oil from Formby's. Is that what you are suggesting?
