Whoda thunk that I would be sitting on my patio in January in Michigan with a Bud, Bar B Q'ing? That was how it was yesterday, in th 50's!!!. Now, that being said, we'll prabably get a blizzard this week. But I'll take what we got now.

Hi Glenn..... it's been like that here in southern Iowa, too. This has been the mildest winter I can remember with temps in the upper 40's and 50's for about half of January. We've only had a total of maybe 3 weeks of seasonal weather in the past couple months. I'm afaraid that when Old Man Winter does decide to pay us a visit he's going to do so with a vengeance.

I'm just north of the border in Ontario and it was 11°C [52°F] this morning. This has been a crazy (non) winter!

Yep, I am still waiting on winter. We have gotten below freezing maybe 4 times this winter. Whoda' thunk'd that last winter was one of the coldest in history for us. Maybe the warm winter means we'll get some rain this year because the cold one brought a crazy arse drought.
