Dee is going in for reverse shoulder replacement surgery tomorrow @ 2 PM, keep her in your thoughts, she's a tough lady and we're sure she will be fine.

Best wishes to Dee - we will keep you both in our prayers. Stay safe driving back & forth to the hospital the next few days!

What is that exactly?? I am asking because I have had shoulder pain since I retired and I have put off getting anything done. Had XRays and they say it is arthritis but i need to get MRI and have a specialist look at it. Some days are worst than others. Had too many other medical problems but this one is the next on the list. Working construction for 42 years has taken its toll on my knees, back and now shoulders. Tough getting old. Oh how I used to think I was invinsible:rolleyes:

How is Dee doing, Roy? With two bad shoulders, I may be looking at replacement one of these days, but probably not the reverse type.

Hug the corgi's for me!

Can emphasize with you very much. Haven't been to the IAP for a few days because my wife went in on the 1st for the same surgery. Sitting in her hospital room now trying to enter this post on my Tracfon. Word is she gets to go home around two. Haven't read all the above posts, hope Dee is doing well.

Great to hear the good news!! It is amazing to picture one's limb essentially severed from the body at the joint, then reattached with new parts!

Now...LOOK OUT Roy, 'cause the next time you start 'acting out', Dee will be ready to smack you up along side your head a sufficient number of times, and with sufficient force, until you are rehabilitated , and turn back from your wayward behavior!
