BOW or not?

My son was trying to "help" me sort some blanks and got my BOW mixed with some other Olive that was there. Is there a way to tell the difference, or do I just chalk this one up to experience?
Fortunately here wasn't a lot of it.

BOW (Bethlehem Olive Wood) is just simple Mediterranean/European olive wood (Olea europaea subspecie europaea) that grew in Bethlehem. There is no difference in the taxonomy.
